Tzoumagias sausages (partial maturation)

The secret recipe of grandfather Panagiotis from Greek Macedonia tied up with the taste and love of Mouteveli family for the creation of products coming out from our deliveries. Tzoumagias type sausages are prepared with premium pieces of pork and veal meat, interwoven with rare herbs, spices and seasonings and are afterwards left to mature in special environment in a unique way for roughly 20-hours. The maturation of meat with the seasonings and the spices enrich the sausages with a natural essence and flavor and the smoking in natural timber of beech that follows gives and enjoyable and tasty combination, ranking it in the league of our most popular sausages.

With cumin, oregano and fine spices.
